BODY ROLLLL!
Fastest time? 69 seconds.
Four runs.
Forgot to turn off the traction control until my last run.
Got beat by everything, including a Chevy Cavalier (modded suspension)
Discovered my stock airbox is stupidly restrictive.
Got some video to edit together.
Had a blast.
10/10 would recommend to everyone who will listen.

Reminds me of the time I autocrossed my Buick...
So much body roll, it almost looks fast in the picture...

I was the only person there with a completely stock car. I'm thinking of getting a large piece of metal and building a sway bar for the rear since it doesn't have ANYTHING at the moment. Also a higher-flow intake because I could hear the engine whistling as it tried to suck air through the tiny snorkel it has now.
Of course, the endgame for me is a supercharged 3800SII, but I would need $400 and a wiring harness, possibly a new computer as well. Bleh.

is it odd that I have a addco sway bar in the corner of my garage for a G-body? Was in my '98 Riv until it ripped the bushing mounts out of the subframe...

You wouldn't need a new computer. The boost bypass valve solenoid does need vacuum, does not need to be wired in. That's just a relief valve for traction control to dump boost. The rest can be programmed in with HPTuners or the like.

AutoX is a fantastic sport. I had never seen any motorsports live other than dirt track and drag racing before I started in 2010. Now I have a dedicated car (which is, unfortunately, still my DD for now) and can't get enough. Still waiting to try a track day, but closest road course is 5+ hrs away.
